The moment when the goddess descended and swiftly put an end to this cardinal's authority was quite amusing. She essentially dismantled an entire theocracy all on her own. I wonder if Kaoru possesses immortality or simply ages at a slower pace.

This series went from a somewhat lighthearted and whimsical tone to a drastic shift, with Kaoru unexpectedly causing a person's head to explode and Fran returning from the afterlife to effortlessly slice a man in half. Regardless, it seems she'll maintain her youthful appearance for quite some time as she searches for a suitable husband—anyone but that clumsy Fernand, it seems.

Kaoru masterfully navigated the peace conference. Definitely a good idea to not levy excessive reparations on the Ailgot empire. We’ve seen irl that that only leads to more war and suffering. But damn I did not expect the “Holy” Rueda empire to get fucked like that lmao. They brought that entirely on themselves. All they had to do was not call Celes down and snitch on themselves.

Celes absolutely annihilated them. Imagine thinking you’re the chosen people and blessed and turns out your goddess doesn’t even think of you as special 😭 she didn’t have to wreck them like that. But considering they were stealing from their people, meh.

So Kaoru doesn’t age like a normal human. Poor thing, gonna be flat for centuries lmao. Going on a quest for a husband should be fun. I’m sure she’ll have no shortage of suitors. I get that she wants to leave, but I wonder why she didn’t leave any potions with that city before leaving. I know she said their medical technology improved, but surely leaving a few dozen special potions wouldn’t have been an issue?

Oh well, really fun episode overall

Even if it's enemies, Aligot is resentful, but the neutral Holy Land of Rueda is not backing down from their bases, even summoning Celestica for a trivial event. And yep, destroying nations seems crude the first time, though this second time, things are made clearer. Aligot's ship with their goddess being Kaoru, well that looked off, and within the span of 4 years, everyone grew...except Kaoru being the same, no thanks to Celestica summoning her in her own time.

Kaoru departing on her own journey to find a husband...it's back to Brancott, which Fernand is STILL persistent about her...and once again, he got hoodwinked by the informants.

A Distortion to allow Kaoru to find her beloved? It would be hilarious if Celes arranged one for her.

P.S. Fran was the most epic character earlier. Her expression was thrilling... as she...

It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines
and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it,
is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service.

Kaoru managed to make the enemy retreat, impressive enough as it is, but she even made a peaceful agreement with them. Too bad the holy land didn't agree with it, and called upon Celestine who got mad at them. First time she's made an appearance since the beginning.

Interestingly enough, it seems Kaoru will be staying young forever too. Might be a bit of an annoyance looking like a kid haha.

Now the journey begins for Kaoru to get herself a husband, guess we'll see where that goes soon.

But yeah, despite it being surprising, I didn’t like this war arc very much, it just felt like it was too grand a situation for what the show is, I was definitely enjoying this more before it. And it’s odd too, I saw people saying they toned stuff down in the last episode but in this one they went full throttle, so I guess this is meant to be serious stuff but the cutesy style just makes it more jarring to me. Hopefully with this 4 year time skip we won’t have another situation like that, and I gotta say I am interested in this plot of Kaoru finding herself a man so maybe it’ll reel me back in.

if she aged slowly, or in God time, that means she's pretty much immortal.
but she could change everything with her potion.
just summon a potion that makes the user aging like a normal human, or a potion that could change her appearance into older women version, etc.
she could pretty much do anything, why bother?

honestly, I feels like watching an anime with a story written by a feminism teenager women.
it's unbearable and very below standard common sense.
I shouldn't put this on my list if I knew I would dissapointed like this.
