Congrats on the hole in one. It's been years since we've golfed together. I'd love to do it again. And I remember you being pretty good

To all my business partners, friends and family, Last week marked three momentous lifechanging events:First, we celebrated the 23rd Anniversary of the company that I founded in May 2001, Corporate Business Solutions (Canada) Inc., known as CBS, right here in Edmonton, Alberta. Second, CBS has been acquired by an amazing, forward-thinking company that upholds the same customer service values as CBS, NextGen Automation. And finally, as of last week, I am officially retired from my duties as President/CEO of CBS.Since day one, we have been an Authorized Konica Minolta Office Equipment Dealer. I want to thank all the staff at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) Ltd. for their continued support and loyalty to CBS. I particularly want to thank Tom Mech (Senior Director, Dealer Channel) and Sue Evans (Dealer Manager, Western Region) for their support over the past two decades. Tom and Sue are major reasons for our success. It takes great salesmanship and business acumen to create a successful business, but it also requires a great Dealer Partner to get there. We could not have asked for a better Office Equipment Manufacturer and management team, like Konica Minolta. The strength of any business is its people. I want to thank our amazing staff at CBS for their strong customer service skills and always putting the customer first. The CBS customer service rules have always been: "Rule #1: 'The customer is always right!' When in doubt Rule #2: 'Refer to Rule #1, the customer is still always right!'”Thank you to our incredibly loyal customers! In 2001, you took a chance on a local guy that was pounding on doors looking for a chance to prove himself, you know who you are. You never stopped believing in me, you remain a loyal customer, and, more importantly, you remain a friend in 2024.It was a great ride, thank you everyone!Sincerely, Franco SorgiovanniFormer Owner
